Herrgård® is a Swedish "cheese classic" dating back to the end of the 18th century. Emmental-like, medium-hard, lightly grated cheese. Round barrel with clear yellow color. Wernersson's extra-aged Herrgård® 28% is stored for at least 10 months. The taste is powerful with clear saltiness, bitter sweetness and hazelnut.

Pasteurized MILK, salt, lactic acid culture, rennet. Surface treatment: preservative E202. Produced in Sweden on Swedish MILK.
