St. Pierre is named after the Benedictine monastery of the same name. Abbaye St. Pierre was founded in 1879 in Assebroek, Bruges, Belgium. Like the monastery beers, part of the proceeds from this beer will be credited to the monastery's charity.
St. Pierre Blanche is a pleasantly fruity and fresh monastery beer, in the traditional Belgian witbier style. The taste world is tinged with mild spiciness, e.g. coriander and curacao orange peel.
