Sisu Ruletti is a surprising combination of fruit and salty liquorice. The pastilles have a new, interesting texture; the pastille's crispy coating conceals a soft gum arabic core. The flavours of the sugar-sweetened pastilles are salty liquorice and lemon pepper.
