Sana-sol Strong Iron + C-vitamin is a tablet containing 50mg of iron (ferrous fumarate). Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, and normal oxygen transport in the body. Both iron and vitamin C contribute the normal function of the immune system and help to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C increases iron absorption. The tablet is almond-shaped, which makes it easier to swallow than a regular, round tablet. Recommended daily dose for adults 1 tablet per day. The bottle is made partially from recycled plastic.
