This delicious new bread contains rye grains that bring a pleasant texture resistance. The bread is baked on sourdough in Lahti, from flour ground in our own mill. A balanced, slightly sweet taste completes the bread experience.
Ingredients whole grain RYE flour, water, WHEAT flour, crushed RYE malt, syrup, RYE grain (6 %), WHEAT gluten, BARLEY and RYE malt extract, yeast, iodized sea salt, RYE BRAN, potato flakes. Whole grain rye 48 % in bread and 81 % of the grain used in bread.
