We carefully oversee each phase of the production of our pasta. The precious treasure of the earth is received at our facility and, following a thorough selection process, we combine it with the best quality water from the nearby Dolomites. The dough is passed through dies to give it the perfect roughness and porosity to hold the sauce in a warm embrace.
