Pantziarous halloumi is a Cypriot cheese made from milk from cows, goats and sheep. It has a nice saltiness and is springy in texture with a little less "squeak" than other halloumi cheeses. Pantziarous halloumi is perfect for grilling and having as a side dish for a salad or deep-fried as a snack for a mingle. It is the obvious vegetarian choice instead of meat in a vegetarian hamburger.
