A pale, unpasteurized, unfiltered full-malt New England IPA beer dry-hopped with Citra-, El Dorado-, Ekuanot-, Cascade- and Mandarina Bavaria. The taste is citrusy with tropical tones. Pairs well with: chicken, fish, chicken wings, fish and chips, Indian and Thai food, ceviche, calzone, cheddar, goatcheese dishes, creamy deserts. Serving temperature: + 6–10°C.
