Myllyn Paras Special wheat flour is made from the core part of high-quality wheat grain. Special wheat flour is coarser than semi-coarse wheat flour, so the flour mixes well with dough liquid or egg foam. Best suited for baking coffee cakes, tarts, pies and buns and for cooking, e.g. thickening sauces.
