Thanks to the starter in Myllärin Gluten Free Sourdough breadmix, portion breads and rolls baked with the mix will be fluffy and keep well. The dough is easy to handle and the taste of real sourdough bread is mouth-watering. The packaging can be recycled as cardboard.
