Manchego is Spain's most famous cheese and is made from sheep's milk.
This Manchego is aged for 6-9 months, which gives it a good, full-bodied flavour that is also slightly salty. It is a firm and slightly dry cheese that is also rich and creamy. Cut it into beautiful triangles and enjoy as tapas or on a cheese board.
Ingredients Pasteurized manchega sheep´s MILK, salt, stabilizer (calcium chloride), rennet and cheese cultures. Preservatives E202 and E235 in the rind.
