Blanc de Blanc is an elegant semi-dry and acidic sparkling drink made from white grapes (riesling), from which the alcohol has been partially removed. The taste has ripe citrus, light minerality, light floweriness. Works great as a social drink and as a partner to different foods. Combine with fish and vegetable dishes.
