Lagom 100% KauraSnäkkäri is baked from Finnish wholegrain oats in the Ullan Pakari bakery in Hyvinkää. KauraSnäkkäri is a high-fiber crisp bread of which grains are 100% gluten free oat flour and -flakes. The texture of the bread is light and crisp and the oats gives it a nutty and sweet flavor! The product is gluten free, lactose free and vegan, and it does not contain nuts. A delicious snack!
