Kymppi Potato Casserole puree is a genuine Tavastian casserole. The sweetness and the smooth, soft texture are traditionally created by malting. The old-fashioned potato casserole is baked at a low temperature (+150 degrees) by simmering for at least two hours. The malting continues during baking, and a delicious crispy crust is formed on the surface and edges of the casserole. A product that needs to be cooked after thawing. The product is lactose-free and egg-free.
