Kukko NEIPA is an unfiltered top-fermented beer with a strong aroma-hopped character. It is brewed using malted wheat and oat in addition to malted barley, which gives it a soft mouth feel and the hazy appearance that is typical of this type of beer.The hopping focuses on aromas, with bitter hops used in moderation. Front and centre in the flavour profile are fruity and tropical hops, which are further emphasised by generous dry hopping. Food recommendations: cheeses, spicy Asian or Mexican food, cheesecake, fruit pies. Recommended serving temperature: +12 - +15 °C.
