Vegegel is a vegan alternative to gelatin. It is an easy-to-use, plant-based gelling agent suitable for many types of cakes and desserts, such as cheesecake and panna cotta. Vegegel can be used to re-place gelatin in most cases. The package contains 4 serving bags, each of which corresponds to approx-imately three gelatin leaves. Vegegel contains three plant-based gelling agents.
