Benecol Lemon-honey-ginger Yogurt Drink contains added plant stanol, which lowers your cholesterol in 2–3 weeks. Yogurt drink is lactose-free and supports also immunity. The yogurt drink is recommended to be consumed with a meal or snack. One bottle of the drink contains your daily dose of plant stanol (2 g).
