A refined blue mould cheese that comes from the small mountain village of Riom es Montagne in the south of France. The town is located in an area with a long tradition of making blue mould cheeses, such as Bleu d'Auvergne and Fourme d'Ambert. Le Bleu Gourmet has a mild and round taste, but at the same time full-bodied and distinctive. The texture is soft and creamy.
