Yutaka Sushi Rice is a premium originario rice, short-grain. The rice is sticky and perfect for sushi and other Japanese & oriental dishes. Wash the rice with cold water until the water is clear. This way the starch rinses off from the rice. After the sushi rice is cooked it should be seasoned with Sushi Zu which is a mix of rice vinegar, sugar and salt.
