Präst® is a Swedish "cheese classic" dating back to the 18th century. Medium hard, grainy cheese, pale yellow in colour. Wernersson's intermediately stored Präst® 31% is stored for 5-7 months. The taste is aromatic with balanced saltiness, bitterness, sweetness and acidity.
