This gluten-free dark flour mix is a high fibre all-purpose flour made from Finnish raw materials. The dark colour of this flour mix comes from the crushed flax seeds and the buckwheat flour. This flour mix is ideal for both savoury and sweet baking such as sour bread or blueberry pie. Free from preservatives and additives.
