Lactose free semi-skimmed milk UHT is a milk that has many uses. It can be enjoyed with food or used in cooking and baking. UHT-treated milk has been ultra-heat treated for two seconds at a temperature of at least +135°C. Thanks to the heat treatment, the product keeps for a long time at room temperature when unopened, and it is handy to have at a cottage, on a boat or as coffee milk on a trip. Valio UHT milks are suitable for a lactose free diet.
