The rye is smoked in a rye barn which gives the bread an authentic, gentle smokiness flavor which is fulfilled with a toasty maltiness. The delicious taste of rye is completed by baking the bread with sourdough. Whole grain rye bread is high-fiber and baked with domestic grain.
