Vaasan Ruispalat Ohut Siemenherkku is delicious seeded rye bread. Baked thin using sour dough.It contains plenty of domestic rye and delicious seeds. The bread is rich in fiber and contains whole grains.

WHOLE GRAIN RYE (flour, grit, malt), WHEAT FLOUR, sunflower seed, water,LIGHT RYE FLOUR,linseed, WHEAT GLUTEN, pumkin seed, yeast, hemp seed and iodized salt.Bread contains 20% seeds. 72% whole grain four of the bread cereal and 46 % of the bread weight.
