Green lenses should not be soaked. They are cooked tender for 25-30 min. Use 1 dl lentils for 2 1/2 dl water. Plenty of soups and cooked dishes, marinated in cold salads or mixed with oil and spices for a wonderful dip for bread, vegetables and meat.
