URTEKRAM Italian whole grain lasagne is made from 100% durum wheat and local spring water from the Dolomite mountains by Pastificio Felicetti srl. Established 1908 in Predazzo at the heart of Valle di Fiemme by the Dolomite mountains. The Felicetti family has made traditional Italian pasta for four generations. Cast in bronze dies to obtain a rough surface, to which the sauces will adhere evenly, and then skillfully dried in respect for the shape. Felicetti pasta acquires a unique full taste and perfect texture.
