URTEKRAM Italian Fusilli is made from 100% durum wheat and local spring water from the Dolomites by Pastificio Felicetti srl. was founded in 1908 in Predazzo in the heart of the Valle di Fiemme in the Dolomites. The Felicetti family has been making traditional Italian pasta for four generations. The pasta is cast in bronze molds to get a rough surface to hold the sauce and then dried carefully with respect to the mold. Felicetti pasta is unique in taste and perfect texture.
