URTEKRAM's Italian Mezze Penne is made from 100% durum wheat and local spring water from the Dolomites by Pastificio Felicetti srl., Founded in 1908 in Predazzo in the heart of the Valle di Fiemme in the Dolomites. The Felicetti family has been making traditional Italian pasta for four generations. The pasta is rolled with bronze rolling tubes to provide a raw surface that retains the sauce and then thoroughly dried with respect to the shape. Felicetti pasta has a unique taste and perfect structure.
