Uotilan Archipelago loaf is a delicious rye bread made with a sourdough starter. It gets it rich flavour from orange marmalade and its crunchy crust from cooking over an open flame. It is fit for even the finest occasions and the perfect pairing for wine and fish dishes, for example. Free from additives and preservatives, this bread is made in Finland from 100% Finnish grain.

Ingredients
water, whole grain RYE flour, WHEAT flour, syrup, orange peel jam (sugar, orange, water, corn starch), crushed RYE malt, potato flakes, yeast, iodized salt. MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF OTHER GRAINS. High salt content.
