Glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate, MSM, turmeric, ginger, copper and vitamins C and D contribute to maintaining the healthiness and mobility of joints. Recommended daily dose: 1–2 tablets. Not recommended for pregnant women. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage. Copper contributes to maintenance of normal connective tissues.
