Bong Touch of Taste Vasikanfondi 180ml

Our great fond gets its rich taste from browned veal bones & roasted tomatoes. The veal fond enhances taste of everything from a full-bodied meat stew to meatballs or a classic Bolognese. The veal fond can also very well be used in marinades for meat or for seasoning various cold sauces.

Water, salt, beef extract 5.0%, tomato powder, aroma, concentrated veal broth 1.0%, modified potato starch, acid: lactic acid, preservative: potassium sorbate. Salt content in diluted stock is 0.7%
