Our organic vegetable fond gets its rich taste from root crops and onions. A natural fond with a round taste that offers wonderful sweetness and roasted undertones. The fond enhances the taste of everything from stews and ratatouille to various other vegetarian dishes. Our organic vegetable fond is also excellent for mashed potatoes, dressing and pesto's.
