Our great fond gets its distinctive taste from MSC-certified American lobster. The lobster fond enhances the taste of all types of seafood dishes and is excellent for lobster soup, minced fish dishes and seafood casseroles. In addition, the lobster fond is perfect for cold sauces and dressings.

May contain traces of MOLLUSCS. Salt content in diluted stock is 0.63%.
