Sillikonttori Artisan Herring pruducts are made from herring caught from sustainable fishery in the North Atlantic. The best pieces of herring are handpicked for the products and are packed in glass jars by hand at our factory located in Rymättylä's traditional fishing harbour. Sillikonttori Artisan Herring products have been awarded the Key Flag certificate that recognizes Finnish manufacturing.
