Sempio Gochujang is a fermented Korean hot chili paste that gives a distinctly strong and fruity flavor for all dishes. A classic seasoning for Bi Bim Bap and Kim Chi that enhances and highlights the flavors of other ingredients. Use in stews, marinades, for wok dishes or as a dipping sauce on the plate.
