Gochujang is a fermented Korean chili paste that gives a distinctly strong and fruity flavor to all dishes. Gochujang is suitable for meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. It's a classical seasoning sauce for Bi Bim Bap, Korean style stews and marinades. Mix with mayonnaise to make a dipping sauce.
