Gluten free lemon wafers. They are suitable to eat as such or for different types of desserts. There is a light lemon filling between fresh and crunchy wafers. Does not contain egg, wheat starch or palm oil. Free from preservatives.

Ingredients
Potato starch, sugar, coconut oil, rice flour, whey (MILK) powder, skimmed MILK powder, lemon juice powder 1.7%, SOY flour, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin (E322); natural lemon flavor, thickener: guar gum (E412); raising agent: sodium bicarbonate (E500ii). May contain traces of HAZELNUTS.
