Sunflower seeds are, as the name implies, derived from sunflowers. The hard shell of the seed is removed and a mild nutty-tasting pale interior is revealed on the inside. They are suitable for eating as such as for cooking and baking. You can lightly roast the sunflower seeds in a pan to make them more crispy. Salliselta products are packed in Finland.
