OAT (30 %)(whole grain flour, flakes, bran, fibre), WHEAT flour, water, WHEAT GLUTEN, whole grain RYE flour, rapeseed oil, yeast, iodized salt, preservative (E282). MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF EGG, SOY AND SESAME SEEDS. 51 % of the grain in bread is oat. Whole grain 31 % and 50 % of the grain in bread.
