Oululainen Reissumies Gluten-Free Oat has a rich flavour and a succulent texture. This portion bread is baked with a sour dough and it contains domestic oat and is rich in fiber. It tastes great on its own, and you can also pack a decent lunch with you by filling the bread with your favorite toppings. Baked in a Gluten-free bakery in Lahti.
Ingredients gluten free OAT (40 %)(whole grain flour, flour, whole grain flake, grain), water, rice flour, corn starch, tapioca starch, potato flakes, rapeseed oil, flax seeds, vegetable fibres (psyllium, potato, bamboo), iodized salt, yeast, thickener (E415), preservative (E282). MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF MUSTARD SEEDS AND SESAME SEEDS. 87 % of the grain in bread is oat.
