Reformi Aktiv Lecithin soy lecithin is an unbleached lecithin granule made from soybeans. Soy lecithin mainly consists of phospholipids, which have several important functions in our body. Phospholipids are important building blocks of the body's cell membranes and are necessary for the normal functioning of cells. The most significant phospholipid in soy lecithin is phosphatidylcholine. More than 50% of the phospholipids in cell membranes are phosphatidylcholine.
