A piece of Italian Parmareggio parmesan cheese, the “King of Cheeses”. Parmigiano Reggiano is an Italian hard cheese made from raw milk. It is unbeatable when grated on pasta and risotto. But it’s also an excellent choice for a cheese platter with its full and delicate flavour, eaten alone or with berries, fruits and nuts. Aged for 30 months. Cheese with a strong but balanced flavour. Contains no lactose. P.D.O. Protected Designation of Origin.
