Belgium has not been known for its good India pale ales in the past, but this is about to change! Brouwerij Huyghe, the maker of Delirium Tremens, made a youthful, modern and highly drinkable IPA that is second to none! Aromatic, fruity, mildly hoppy cloudy IPA (40 IBU), which is hopped with Cascade, Centennial and Polaris varieties. In addition to these, Mosaic and Citra used in dry hopping bring a pleasant citrus and fruity aroma.
