Pour the content of the blonde activator and Palette lightening creme into the applicator bottle with developer lotion and mix well. 2. Easily apply the mixture with the applicator bottle to dry hair and allow the product to perform for 30-45 minutes. 3. Rinse well with lukewarm water till water runs clear. Afterwards, use the after-treatment with blue pigment into towel-dry hair and leave for 2-3 minutes.
