New Fazer Paahto Sourdough toast bread is baked with a rye sourdough, which gives the bread a pleasant rich taste. The delicious seeds put a final touch to the taste experience. When the bread is toasted, it turns to beautiful golden brown and crispy on the outside but remains deliciously soft on the inside, and that's no accident. This is a consequence of the fact that the bread is baked in Finland from flour that is carefully selected, grown in Finland and ground in our own mill. Ingredients WHEAT flour, water, whole grain RYE flakes and flour, seeds (5 %)(sunflower, flax), yeast, sugar, iodized salt, WHEAT gluten, rapeseed oil, emulsifier (E481), preservative (E282), flour treatment agent (E300). 14 % of the grain in bread is whole grain rye. Baked with rye sourdough.
