Ingredients
whole grain RYE flour and grain of RYE  (27 %), water, WHEAT flour, syrup, WHEAT gluten, RYE BRAN, poppy seed, BARLEY and RYE malt, iodized salt, yeast, smoke flavour. MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF EGG, SOY AND SESAME SEEDS. 65 % of the grain in bread is whole grain rye. Baked with sourdough.
