Oolannin® Frozen Scandinavian Hash Meal with the "Produced in Finland” label is a classic dish. It is made from Finnish potatoes grown on selected family farms and from archipelago sausage from an Åland family farm. This favourite dish is a mixture of potatoes boiled in a tasty, spicy broth and delicious locally produced archipelago sausage pieces. A splash of high-quality vegetable oil is added to give the final touch. Serving tips: heat in a pan, oven or microwave. Add colourful vegetables and top the whole dish off with a fried egg.
