Oolannin® Potato Wedges are pure Finnish potato grown in an ideal archipelago climate and loose soil. Selected family farms deliver sorted, newly harvested potatoes, which we at Oolannin wash, peel and cut into wedges before turning them in a splash of high-quality vegetable oil. Nothing more is needed. All you need to do is to put the wedges in the oven and cook them until wonderfully golden brown. A guaranteed success! Made in Finland from Finnish potatoes.
