Oolannin® Potato Wedges With Peel are pure Finnish potato grown on selected family farms in an ideal archipelago climate and calcareous, loose soil. When the potatoes have been harvested, Oolannin carefully selects the best ones, washes and cuts them into wedges with the peel on before turning them in a splash of high-quality vegetable oil. Nothing more is needed. Cook the wedges in the oven until golden brown, season to taste and just enjoy the wonderful taste of Finnish potatoes. Perfect with meat, chicken or fish dishes. Delicate wedges are also delicious as they are. Produced in Finland from Finnish potatoes.
