PanBauletto is a gluten-free, multi-grain type of sliced bread that can be stored at room temperature. Bread contains e.g. buckwheat, rice, corn and seeds. Extra-Virgin olive oil and apple cider vinegar bring more juiciness and flavor to the bread. Naturally lactose-free sliced bread is manufactured in a factory that produce only gluten free products to minimize potential exposure to gluten.

Ingredients
Corn starch, water, rice flour, wholemeal buckwheat flour, sunflower oil, sugar, flax seeds 1,5%, sunflower seeds 1,5%, psyllium fibers, deglutinated BARLEY malt extract, salt, thickeners: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, guar gum; yeast, brown rise flour 0,2%, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; glucose syrup, apple vinegar, SOY proteins, yeast extract, flavorings. Strongly salty. Surface treated with ethyl alcohol. Source of fiber. May contain traces of LUPIN, MUSTARD and SESAME SEEDS.
